The Nursery SALT, EYTS & Deputy Manager
Grace is a dedicated and experienced educator with a strong background in supporting children with complex health and learning needs. She holds Qualified Early Years Teacher status and has extensive experience working as both a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and a Speech and Language Therapist (SALT). Grace is the in-house Speech and Language Therapist and Curriculum lead at our Nursery. Grace is passionate about creating inclusive learning environments where every child can thrive and reach their full potential. Her expertise in early years education, combined with her knowledge of individualized support strategies, enables her to make a meaningful impact on the development and well-being of the children she works with.
Holly Boardman
The Nursery SENCO, Behaviour Lead & Assistant Manager
Holly is an experienced Level 3 Early Years Educator and Level 3 SENCO, currently serving as SENCO at our Nursery. With a strong background in early years leadership, Holly brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to her role, having previously worked as a nursery manager.
She is the setting’s behaviour lead and is Team Teach trained, with extensive experience supporting specialist provision. Holly is passionate about creating inclusive, supportive environments for all children, ensuring every child’s individual needs are understood and met. Her combined expertise in early years education, special educational needs, and behaviour management makes her a valued leader and mentor within the nursery team.
